Abstract
The article makes a dramatological review of Fuerte Bulnes by María Asunción Requena, the first work of his "southern trilogy", based on the method of analysis proposed by José Luis García Barrientos. After a review under the categories of Writing, diction and dramatic fiction, space, time, characters, it is affirmed that this dramatic work is not only a historical drama as it recognizes the scarce literary/theatrical criticism, but there is an appreciation of space and, above all, of the female characters from Chiloé.
