Resumen
En este artículo buscamos compartir nuestra experiencia, como formadoras de profesores/as de matemática, durante el trabajo en codocencia. Nos interesa ejemplificar las diferentes tensiones y desafíos asociados al trabajo con otra formadora, así como los aprendizajes adquiridos durante esta experiencia. Utilizando la metodología de self-study y memory work identificamos momentos nodales en conjunto e individuales que emergieron de nuestro trabajo durante un semestre académico. Apoyamos nuestras memorias con extracto de la transcripción de una serie de reuniones grabadas en formato audio durante el proceso de nuestro trabajo. Evidenciamos que algunas de las tensiones del trabajo en codocencia no se conversaron en el momento en que ocurrieron y las identificamos como silencios al analizar nuestras experiencias. Notamos que mientras más conscientes seamos de nuestras debilidades o inseguridades en torno a nuestro rol como formadoras, logramos un mayor aprendizaje sobre nuestra identidad tanto personal como profesional.
